What time will the host arrive at my party?

45 mins -1 hour before the party starts to set up

 

How long does the party go for?

Parties run for around 2 hours of fun!

Do you have a venue we can use?

No, however, I can hire Bayside Dance Studios on Sundays for two hours for a cost of $70. This includes Little Acorn setting up and packing down. Parents don't have to clean or pack anything away. Bayside Dance is a great, child-friendly venue with various studios available, depending on the size of your party. Parking is quite easy around the area too.

When do I pay a deposit?

A 50% deposit is required 2 weeks prior to the party. An invoice will be sent.

If there is a cancellation, do I get my deposit back?

A deposit is only refundable due to bad weather or an unwell birthday girl/boy. The party can be rescheduled for another date.

When do I pay the remaining balance?

The day before or on the day. An invoice will be sent with the remaining balance and a bank transfer or cash will be suitable.

When do I need to RSVP to advice numbers?

One week prior to the party, and siblings are not included - must be added in the guest list number

​

Does Little Acorn cater for food?

No, unless it's part of the activities (such as cookie decorating).
 

What happens if my child has food allergies, or the birthday guests have any allergies?

Please inform us prior to the party. With any food activity we need to know, so we can cater for the child/children. A list of ingredients can be sent out prior to the party.
